According to new reports, Kelly Rowland and her longtime manager / boyfriend, Tim Witherspoon are engaged. Tim reportedly proposed to Kelly last week. Kelly showed off her diamond engagement ring in a video recently posted on Instagram. Big congrats to them. See a pic of Tim below
