 In December 2011, Britney Spears announced on Twitter that her longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick had surprised her with a Neil Lane engagement ring.

On June 5, 2011, Nikki Reed debuted her engagement bling from fiance Paul McDonald at the MTV Movie Awards. The twosome were married four months later in Malibu.

 On April 27, 2011, Kate Hudson announced that she and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy got engaged the prior week. The pair was currently expecting their son Bingham -- who was born in July 2011.
