Chris Brown Ordered Back to Rehab for 90 Days

Chris Brown’s exit from rehab was short-lived.

That’s because now a Los Angeles judge has ordered the singer back to anger management treatment for 90 days, we have confirmed.

According to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, the 24-year-old crooner must report immediately to a three-month program and he can't leave the county during that period of time.

Wait, there’s more.

Brown must perform 24 hours of community service, three additional days of 8-hour community service and, to top it off, he'll be subject to random drug testing through either the probation department or the treatment center.

A supplemental report of the allegations following his arrest for assault in Washington, D.C. was ordered and Rihanna’s legally-challenged ex is scheduled to come back to court for yet another progress report on Dec 16.

Brown’s legal saga has continued on after he was kicked out of rehab that he voluntarily checked himself into after only 13 days. And the reason he was booted is because he thought he’d take out his angst on his mom’s car. According to TMZ, the probation report states that the singer threw a rock through her car window during a family visit when she pleaded with him to stay in treatment.

Brown obviously felt otherwise, but the judge got the last word.
