     Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is welcoming the New Year in the sun, sand, and surf!

While relaxing in Miami, the Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon actress showed off her supermodel bod in a skimpy bikini. Rosie was also spotted lounging in the sun with boyfriend Jason Statham, who was (unfortunately) covered up in a white tee.
      The couple, who started dating in 2010, weren’t shy about PDA though. Rosie and Jason were seen cozying up in the shade before strolling back to their room hand in hand
