Katy Perry Set to Perform at Grammys

   After the year Katy Perry has had, this definitely doesn't surprise us.
ET Online is reporting that the "Teenage Dream" singer is set to perform at the Grammys on February 13. The newlywed is also up for four Grammys, including Album of the Year.

Forbes "Decodes" Jay-Z's "Ham" Rhymes

This I had never heard of before and I don't know that I ever will again... Forbes Magazine recently broke down the rhymes of Jay-Z on his new song "H.A.M."  (a collaboration with fellow rapper Kanye West for their upcoming duet album "Watch The Throne"). Perhaps they decided to try and "Decode" Jigga's rhymes because he mentions and talks about Steve Forbes but why they did it isn't really as interesting as what they came up with. The feature says they believe HOV was taking a shot at fellow hip-hop mogul Birdman (or as he is also known, Baby)..,

Britney Spears New Single Breaks Radio Records

  "Hold It Against Me," Britney Spears' newly-released single, broke radio records on its first day, shooting to #1 on iTunes.
Her label Jive Records says the tune, from Britney's much-anticipated upcoming album, set the record for most radio plays on the first day of release. Industry analyst Mark McCabe says the track had 595 spins on Monday, a record for first or single-day play.
"Top 40 outlets across the country immediately put 'Hold It Against Me' in rotation and received instant-reaction airplay at America's most-influential stations, including Z100 and WXRK in New York and KIIS and KAMP in Los Angeles," McCabe said, highlighting the amazing numbers.

Justin Bieber Returning to 'CSI' in February

Justi bieber is ready for his close up -- again.
After his triumphant acting debut on the hit CBS show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, the Biebs is back for round two, just in time for February sweeps, natch.
The first time around, Justin played a troubled youth whose brother was killed by the CSIs and in his next appearance, on February 17 his character "will call Nick (played by George Eads) to tip him off that he’s in imminent danger," according to TVLine.
Biebs even sent a few tweets about it saying:

"on set...where? let's just say Im back to my evil ways. #badass"

Kim Kardashian Slams Lip Injection Rumors

   Kim Kardashian has recently been accused of getting filler injections in her lower lip, but the stunning reality star says that there is a perfectly natural explanation for her plumper pout.
"I have the flu. I'm puffy and swollen," Kim, 30, tells Extra (via UsMagazine.com). "Trust me, I've tried Botox on the show. I'm the first one to talk about anything that I do. It really pisses me off that all of these plastic surgery rumors are always linked to me."
Kim was accused by critics of getting lip injections when she was photographed with a slightly fuller-looking mouth earlier this week.

'Twilight' Wins Top Movie Prize at People's Choice Awards

With the most infamous trio in young Hollywood in the house, the fans chose Twilight: Eclipse as the Favorite Movie winner at the People's Choice Awards.
Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson all took the stage to take home the crystal trophy. Lautner spent the most time at the microphone, saying:

I can't believe this? You guys are unreal. It still amazes me ... You guys have gotten us here today, but you have also given us the opportunity to currently be filming Breaking Dawn ... I can't wait for you guys to see it. Mark my words, the best is yet to come.

Stewart chimed in with a quick thanks to the movie's producers, and Pattinson -- speaking over a slew of shrieks from the crowd -- kept things light and jovial with his speech.
He joked that Kristen and Taylor "definitely wrote speeches" as he freestyled his, saying he couldnt "hear what either of them said." He then turned his appreciation towards the fans, saying, "Thank you very much for everything. It's been a wonderful experience."

Selena Gomez Perform at People's Choice Awards!

  Selena Gomez and The Scene gave a rousing performance of "Year Without Rain" at the PCAs on Wednesday night. Shimmering in a gray gown and rocking a glowing tan (perhaps the result of hours spent on a yacht with rumored boyfriend Justin Bieber?) Selena sang her heart out in front of a room full of celebrities
  As if performing at the award show wasn't cool enough, Selena and her band nabbed the Favorite Breakout Artist award. Go Selena!
